The Driving Electronic Payments workshop is designed to provide participants with an overview of Electronic Payments, the benefits that it provides and the specific role of the various stakeholders in the Payments industry.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Describe the various components of an Electronic Payment System.
- Be aware that such a system needs to be supported by a robust infrastructure that will effectively and securely authorize, clear and settle such transactions.
- Leverage the impact that electronic payments will have on the economy through implementation of effective government solutions.
