Enabling Payments in a Digital Economy
Georgetown University and Visa have jointly designed and developed an exciting three-day program to enable senior policy makers from across Latin America & the Caribbean to understand the emerging trends and changing business models, driven by innovations in the payment space. The key themes in the program include the emerging context of the payments industry globally and regionally; key industry game-changers including fintech innovations; risk and security; inter-agency collaboration; and implications for regulation and policy-making.

The program will combine keen insights from faculty, industry experts and practitioners. The methodology will be highly interactive and participant-centered, including brief lectures, experiential activities, small group discussions and live cases. This program is designed to create an integrated learning experience, focusing on key take-aways and action agendas.
This program is designed for executive level decision makers whose roles are critical to the successful implementation and management of an effective payment system in the country.
