Accra, Ghana - Catalyzing Financial Inclusion with Government Payments
Hosted by the Aliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI), with speakers from the Visa School of Public Policy, this interactive day-long training looked at how government payments can catalyze financial inclusion and lead to long-term, sustainable impacts/benefits—and the involved policy and product design choices. It covered the digital payment ecosystem, four party model and financial inclusion challenges as the basis for in depth discussion on trends, opportunities and challenges in government payments. The training also included lessons drawn from diverse cases and best practices.
